Hmm.. Maybe commons are actually a better place to invest, who knows... I haven't just been able to play with them like with few mythics...

Of course, the opportunities to invest in commons does not come as often as the opportunity to invest in Mythics, as Mythics are clearly more cyclical. I try to explain what I mean by cyclical here, in this video about Seasonal Trading www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOReVWiQgZo

Just thought I should mention that RIGHT NOW is a good time to purchase the Ravnica shock lands if you haven't already done so.
Historically, good lands for standard tend to duplicate or triplicate after the next block comes out. The shock lands are considered to be one of the best lands in MTG so, even though they are reprints, they will most certainly go up considerably. In addition, there is the fact that they are modern staples so they will doubly go up in January when modern season starts.
