While its probably not worth it for this round, can I suggest having just one post and editing it to add scores and results?
The end result is that you have one thread with one post from each person. It will make it much easier for Yugular to tally all the results and update the standings and it makes it easier to read in general.
They do this for other Player Run Events and it seems to work very well.

Question, what is the official start of the next week? Sunday or Monday? The calendar weeks vary from calendar to calendar.

And since we live in different timezones I will propably ask Chris/Nate to close/start the rounds. Most of the people are from that part of the world anyways...

I've got 3 matches to play this round, and I will be on around 9 PM Pacific to take all challengers/people looking to practice.
Remember: /join pauperpeople in the client. Also, it doesn't pop up when someone writes something in there, so remind yourself to check it on occasion. ;D

Two things:
I will typically be available for matches very sporadically, but mostly be available Monday through Friday 11:30am to 12:30pm CST (GMT -6) or after 8pm. Weekends are very unknown.
Being as it may be hard for me to make 4 matches a week, will we be allowed to play make up matches for matches we miss from previous weeks. Yes I am asking this after I missed 2 matches in week 2.

I think that one of the main reasons why we're doing a ladder structure/longer tournament is to make up for those weeks when players can't get their four matches in, as well as making up for different time zone issues.
But Matti will know more.

Ok. I've never played in a "Ladder" structure before so wasn't sure if make up matches were allowed. I am cool with whatever Matti decides.

No. You must play all mathes during the time that the round lasts, there are two reasons for that. First it would be very hard to arrange matches after the round since most people have played their matches already and want to play in the ongoing next round. Second if we ever get enough players to divide the league into two ladders (20 active players) it is necessary to have the livescore up everytime a round changes because it affects the ladders. I also missed a match. It's not a big deal Even if you play to win, just make sure to do fairly well in the long run and you should be able to secure a place to top8 to play for the win.

Also, remember that not playing has the same amount of points attached to it as losing. So if you ever lose a match, just ask yourself why you even bothered. And yes, I am aware I went 1-3 last round, dammit.

My suggestion is to turn each "round" into a individual 2 week league (upping the max number of games) and then get points for winning or placing high on each individual league (maybe even have a top 4 or top 8 each time).
That way, if you don't have time for one league or if you do badly, you can still play in another and feel you're in the game and more people get a chance to win.
Then, you also have Season points that accumulate from each individual league, and at the end of the season, we have a top 8 of the people with the most points for the grand prize.
It may be too late at this point, but making this big and long league into smaller chunks might make it more accessible and rewarding for everyone.
