The first project we decided to work on was a Tempo deck with in the colors of blue and black while utilizing the cards Undying Evil and Mystical Teachings. Here is the initial deck list www.mtgdeckbuilder.net/Decks/ViewDeck/256808Seeing as how we are getting a late start on this particular deck we will go through Oct for testing and start a new deck in Nov.

This is going to be the main focus of Episode 78. Once we get a list nailed down we can post it in here, and then work on suggestions for changes as they come up.

Okay guys and gals I need someone with Goblins to test the brew of the month against. If you would want it to count for a league match that is perfectly fine.

I would take out a Stitched Drake and a Soul Manipulation for an extra Mulldrifter and one more Undying Evil. That is the single most efficient combination of two cards in Pauper and you should use it to its maximum potential

Sissela I agree with you that Mulldrifter with Undying Evil is incredibly efficient and that i'm not utilizing to its maximum potential in my deck. I feel that adding another Undying Evil along with Mulldrifter is that right thing to do but I have a slightly different choice as to what to trade out with.
I was debating if it would be better to replace two Think Twice instead of the Soul Manipulation and Stitched Drake. My reasoning for this is one of the main reasons think twice was added to the deck was to obtain card advantage while still enabling the delver of secrets to flip, seeing as how delvers are no longer apart of the build I feel Mulldrifter achieves this better because for the same mana investment you still get the two card while trading the instant speed for the 2/2 flying body.
My reasoning for Soul Manipulation staying in the deck is because of its gravedigger effect. While I understand I'm generally trying to keep my critters out of the bin there are times where you just don't have a counter spell for removal or you've used your fume spitter to kill something. The other thing I like about it is that it lets you get away with evoking a mulldrifter early on and bring back later when you have the mana to hard cast him. This problem however may be solved with the addition of another undying evil.
What are your opinions on switching the cards out this way?
ps. sorry for the late response things have been a bit busy with my nieces being born and my cousin's wedding.
