Signed up right off the back of my defeat at the hands of your deck, cheers for the fun game and the link to here. Good fun game but boy flicker vs extort is long. It's my 2nd day playing the flicker deck but i have already faced a few UW extort decks, yours however was the 1st to beat me I believe, so you must have something right. Welcome to the forums! Glad to have you here!

Avery, please post the current deck list This is the latest version I'm running. I do not like Elguad Shieldmate, it's just too slow I think. I'll leave it in for now. 2 Divine Verdict 4 Azorius Guildgate 4 Basilica Guards 4 Essence Scatter 2 Gryff Vanguard 2 Hands of Binding 2 Haunted Fengraf 8 Island 3 Elgaud Shieldmate 4 Pacifism 9 Plains 2 Prophetic Prism 4 Seraph of Dawn 2 Stitched Drake 4 Syndic of Tithes 4 Think Twice Sideboard 3 Beckon Apparition 3 Dispel 1 Negate 3 Keening Apparition 2 Mizzium Skin 3 Riot Control Lost with this list to mono-black but won vs. Cyclops Flashback. 0-2 vs. Mono Black - He had Contaminated Grounds in his MD, which in my opinion is just a bad card. He did hit a gate but still had no board impact. I kept a two land hand game one and did miss some land drops. Game two we both mulled and I should have gone to 5 but kept an all lander and was too slow to keep up. I do not feel like mono-black is a bad match-up, at least not like Gate or Mill are. 2-0 vs. Cyclops Flashback - Pacifism and Essence Scatter slowed him down to the point where I got him with Seraphs and Extort. G2 - I added Beckon Apparition to deal with Flashback and removed his Artful Dodge's twice and blocked his Cyclops with tokens. Not even close g2. Overall record 13-5

Lost 1-2 vs Mono Blue Flyers, the very deck we were designed to beat. The lack of cheap removal makes a 1st turn Delver extremely dangerous. I had Stitched Drake stuck in my hand in all three duels. I will now replace them with Gryff Vanguards. Here is the match. I am 1-2 with the deck now. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxnrBH5vt-o&feature=youtu.be

I also lost to mono-blue flyers. Stitched Drake also dead in hand in both early games. The Shieldmate was awesome in G1 as I had two Shieldmates and two Seraphs with hexproof. Won G1 with extort but he did concede early. He was playing a 25 miniute clock and was under 10 minutes on his time. I had about 15/16 mins left. Games two and three I just couldn't deal with so much early flying agro and it didn't help that I had Stitched Drkes in hand.
Loss 1-2 - Mono blue Flyers.
Overall record 13-6 (lost 4 out of the last 5)

loss 1-2 vs. Mono Blue - Again too many creatures too fast. If you can get to the long game you're favored but getting there is rough.
loss 0-2 vs. Mill - finally had to face mill. Went exactly as expected. In game two, when I was able to counter a Crypt Incursion he followed up with a 2nd on his main phase.
won 2-1 vs. BW Extort - I was a few beers in and only really remembering I won and directed him to this site after he complimented the deck.
Overall record 14-8

loss 0-2 vs. Mono Blue - how is this a good match-up? Just unloads too fast and can't handle that mush early agro.
loss 1-2 vs. Mill - how did I win a game? Manage to counter his Incursions twice.
win 2-0 vs. Gruul Aggro - he was playing the old BOM and said he had read about it on the forums and knew me from Dan's videos. Got me down to one life in game one but I pulled back to 12 in the end with my extort guys.
Overall record 15-10

Just won a grindy 2-1 match against a 4-color deck. Now 2-2 with the deck. Very interesting grindy match with a really nice guy named Ehlana. Tried to make him come here, lets see if he does. My 4th Match vs 4-color control: www.youtube.com/watch?v=uu1Ur54Pc60&feature=youtu.be

I don't have a written SB plan yet and that may account for some of my losses.
Played a few more games
2-0 vs. Selesnya - My life gain trumped his life gain, both games extort won out.
2-1 vs. Mono Blue - really? How'd I do that? He mulled to 4 game one and conceded way too early in G2.
1-2 vs. BUG Gate - Goes really well when I get going before they do, and vice versa when they finally get their combo going.
0-2 vs. Mill - yeah. Can't do much about it.
Overall record 17-12
Going to play BUG Flicker for a bit.

Seraph of Dawn actually kicks Mono Blue Flyers in the nuts. Won 2-1 vs The #1 Deck in the meta (it seems) www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eM07PHWv28&feature=youtu.beI am going to try out that white spells that does 2 damage to an attacking or blocking creature: Righteous Blow (replacing one Hands of Binding) I am also now not running Stitched Drakes at all and 4 Gryff Vanguage (Standard Pauper Mulldrifter)

Had an epic battle with a Bant Flickergate deck and did get to try out the new Curse tech.
Game 1: Lifegain and extort barely gave me the first duel. 1-0 Game 2: He got archeomancer + flicker + mist raven going, bouncing my team but taking so much time doing it that I thought I would win on the clock. Curse was out but he was overwhelming me due to me not being able to keep a creature on the board. 1-1 Game 3: Drew all my Seraphs. All four. They attacked a couple of times. He died. Three very different games. 2-1
My confused sideboard notes:
Bant Flicker: +1 Negate, +3 Dispel, +3 Curse, +3 Dispel, -4 Pacifism, -2 Divine Verdict, -2 Vanguard, -1 Hands of Binding, -1 Righteous BLow (What about beckon apparition) (Keep Shieldmates, take out pacifisms)
Is anyone still interested in working on a sideboard plan or has interest faded now? I know I am pretty late, but now I am getting enthusiastic about the deck :-) 4-2 at this point

I'll post up a SB plan but would love some feedback on it. It's a very rough draft.
1st my latest list. Is this close to what you guys are running? Trying out Righteous Blow.
1 Divine Verdict 4 Azorius Guildgate 4 Basilica Guards 4 Essence Scatter 4 Gryff Vanguard 2 Hands of Binding 2 Haunted Fengraf 8 Island 2 Elgaud Shieldmate 4 Pacifism 9 Plains 2 Prophetic Prism 2 Righteous Blow 4 Seraph of Dawn 4 Syndic of Tithes 4 Think Twice
Sideboard 3 Beckon Apparition 3 Dispel 1 Negate 3 Keening Apparition 3 Curse of the Bloody Tome 2 Riot Control
Sideboard Plan (such as it is) vs. Boros - White Weenie -2 Hands of Binding? should this card still be in the deck? +2 Riot Control vs. Flicker Gate -4 Pacifism -2 Righteous Blow -2 Hands of Binding -2 Gryff Vanguard +3 Curse of the Bloody Tome +3 Dispel +1 Negate +3 Beckon Apparition vs. Cyclops -2 Righteous Blow +2 Riot Control vs. Selesnya/Hexproof +2 Riot Control +3 Keening Apparition -2 Righteous Blow -2 Elgaud Shieldmate -1 Hands of Binding vs. Mill - still gonna lose +3 Keening Apparition +3 Dispel +1 Negate +3 Beckong Apparition +3 Curse of the Bloody Tome -4 Essense Scatter -4 Pacifism -1 Divine Verdict -2 Righteos Blow -2 Hands of Binding vs. Mono Blue leave as is? or remove Hands of Binding & something for +3 Dispels? vs. Mono Black leave as is vs. BW Extort leave as is?

your list looks pretty similar to mine and I have to agree i'm thinking hands of binding needs to go but I can't exactly think of what should fill its place. One thing I do know is we need to find something effective for against Black/Blue Mill as it seems we're just dead to that deck.
as for the sideboarding plan it looks right to me

I just played the deck against Avery61 who was playing BUG Flickergate (as requested on the MagicGatheringStrat youtube channel). It was not pretty. www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_0HbZe30FoI am now running Avery's list from two posts above except that I cut one Hands of Binding for a Prophetic Prism (and I might cut the other one for the same card, allowing me to extort more). I am also running 2 verdicts and 1 blow instead ot the other way around. Cut the Mizzium Skins from the SB so I am now running the same SB as well. Thanks for the SB plan, Avery! And for the match! I am 4-3 with the deck now.

Ok back to the brew. Started getting burned out with the deck.
and right off the bat two losses back-to-back but they were followed up by three wins so ok I guess.
Loss to mono blue flyers 1-2 - if I can get the Seraphs online and protected I win. Didn't happen.
Loss to the same deck and person that beat you Dan. The UB Control deck 1-2 Uses Archaeomancer but not the keepers. This deck seems favored vs. Mono Blue so I may try it out.
Win vs. UB Control - 2-0 same deck list as above but not the same person. Knowing what it was and what to expect helped out a lot.
Win 2-0 vs. Boros - Countered some early creatures and gained life with a protected Seraph.
and, and guess what 2-0 vs. Mill - how the hell did this happen! Game one he didn't hit his life gain and I got there before he did. Game two - protected my creatures and sacced some extorters keeping my heavy hitters pounded and somehow I got there.
Overall record 20-14
