Hello all, I want to build either MBC or Mono Green Infect.. I was wondering if there is anybody out there with a good chunk of those cards "at least the cheap ones" that they would be willing to help me out with.. I don't really got much on my online act for trade, but i can try and buy a few tickets to help reimburse if needed. Leave a post here or pm me with what you might have to help me out and good times to get ahold of you. tyvm fellow magic players.

I should have some cards for Infect. Look me up from mtgo and pm if you happen to see me. I am always in pauperpeople chatroom when online and not drafting.

I think that mbc will be the better route to go for versatility and price. Infect without Invigorate just isn't that viable.
Mono black can give you options and/or substitutions that can be used in the interim of building your deck. And I know that I have some mbc cards I can give out to you.
What do you have towards it so far, and what are you needing?

Yeah, Invigorates are 2.8tix a piece at the moment and it is very crucial part of the Infect deck.

There are no right or wrong ways to build a deck, and I'm just a mono Black player giving you some advice. I'm not any more right or wrong than anyone else who plays this type of deck. And just because I host the show, doesn't mean I can't be told that I'm wrong. Just a disclaimer. ;D Take a look at this build www.wizards.com/Magic/Digital/MagicOnlineTourn.aspx?x=mtg/digital/magiconline/tourn/3974561by Kamac, who went 3-1 with a Mono Black control build. The biggest surface level difference is the amount of creatures. Also, the lack of Duress in your build. One of Black's awesome features is hand disruption. A card like Duress is a great addition into controlling what your opponent has/can play. You already have Corrupt, which is key. Twisted Abomination, while a powerful card, may suffer as being too slow for the format. Having said that, you can easily cut it back to probably two of them in the build as an alternate kill condition. Crypt Rats are awesome, as always. Maybe add one more? Also, look at the build I posted. Liliana's Specter, Chittering Rats, and Ravenous Rats. See the pattern? Keep your opponent off of his/her game by constantly ruining his/her draws and hand. Augur of Skulls is kind of a toss up. I personally don't run it. Maybe swap out Consume Spirit for Tendrils of Corruption. In a mono build, Tendrils seems to have the better casting cost/ability. Also, note the difference between Innocent Blood and Geth's Verdict. Now, the last thing I want you to do is just become a clone of another deck that is already around. I'm very excited to see you experimenting with the color and your build. I just wanted to give you some examples of what other people are using to positive effect. Let me know if this helps you out.

I actually like your points and agree with them.. I think I would rather try the one you posted to start out with and get a feel for the format.. Bad thing is like I said I dont have any of those cards so I would need help with alot of it. Would you have any extra from that list you posted and time to get online know?

I should have some Liliana's Specters for you. And Ravenous Rats is in the next core set, soon I will have dozen of those too. But generally speaking all of these cards except for Crypt Rats are very cheap!
