I was playing UB Trinket Control. I am not very happy about getting rid of Storm and Infect, because they were pretty good matchups but I am so used to the deck that I did not want to change now. Round 1: Affinity Round 2: UB Post Round 3: Goblins Round 4: UG Temporal Storm Wrote an article about it (with videos) here: mtgostrat.com/pauper-daily-4991677-ub-trinket-control/

I shall check it out tonight. Were you surprised it wasn't four rounds against U/R Post?

Defineitely need some SB actoin against Temporal Storm in any deck you play now, There are three versions and all require a different plan of attack to defeat. Good vids & love your new site. Can you host podcasts as well there? Maybe not a bad place for PTTP to post thiers in the future? maybe?

I played a daily last night with Stompy. Matchups were:
1. Temporal Storm 2. Mono-U Control 3. Delver 4. Affinity
I went 2-2, losing to MUC and Affinity.
My best sideboard tech was Leaf Arrow, which can take down Cloud of Fairies, Spellstutter Sprite, and Mulldrifter at instant speed, and opponents didn't see it coming. I used it to shoot down a CoF which the Temporal Storm opponent had targeted with Snap, which caused him to fizzle and effectively won the game. The MUC matchup was probably winnable, but I sideboarded wrong. Overall, I still feel like Stompy is in a really good place. I took Fog and Sandstorm out of the sideboard, which opens up a lot more slots for the difficult matchups.
Affinity is still basically unwinnable, though.

Here's the daily I was in: www.wizards.com/Magic/Digital/MagicOnlineTourn.aspx?x=mtg/digital/magiconline/tourn/4991654And the metagame breakdown is: IzzetPost 7 Stompy 3 Simic Storm 3 Goblins 2 Hexproof 2 White Weenie 2 DimirPost 2 Delver 2 GrixisPost 1 WeeFiends 1 Affinity 1 Rats 1 MUC 1 That is quite a bit of Post, but not nearly as much Delver as I was expecting. Still pretty diverse. The biggest upswing seems to be in Simic Storm, which I rarely saw before the bannings, but which was in the second highest tier in this event.

I shall check it out tonight. Were you surprised it wasn't four rounds against U/R Post? Now, after having seen the results of the two first Dailys, I am.

To win against Delver, SB out your growth effects, sideboard in 4 Scattershot Archers and 3 Viridian Longbows. Watch then weep

Simic Storm had a horrible matchup in both Storm and Effect and now that they get the time they need they will have a ball. This goes for any temporal fissure deck, such as Mono Blue Control splashing for Fissure, UG Post Storm and Familiar Storm. They all have excellent Izzet Cloudpost matchups as well. I donĀ“t think this meta is very healthy right now.

It's in a state of flux at the moment and until we have a few weeks post-banning behind us we're going to see the "fall back" decks being played. I don't want to see anymore cards get banned, in fact I would like to see warrens come back (as much as I hate storm). I do want to see how this shakes out and hope it becomes a healthy, diverse format.

Empty the Warrens will never come back. Wizards have clearly stated that they are against stuff that ends games before turn 3 and after having thought a lot about it, I tend to agree. Losing on turn 1 against UR Storm, 5 storm, ETW, Bushwhacker was never very fun and I never felt I could have done much to stop it. At least twice in tournaments it happened before I ever got to play a land, much less the Echoing Decay I had in my hand.
