What is the gameplan for that deck? I haven't payed any attention for t2 for a long time so I have no idea on the powerlevel. But is it ever a good idea to have both infect & non-infect dmg sources?

Phyrexian Crusader is considered an excellent defensive creature in standard, even in non-infect decks. And with the zombies coming in to play tapped, or for spendier mana costs, it looks like he's there to hold down the board, shrink big threats, and buy the player time.

Just a fast beatdown deck and yes I am glad you realized I have phyrexian crusader in there I was intending him to be a blocker.

I have done some deck testing using the tapped out website against some the 2011 States decks that won and it is holding up quite well!

For some reason, I'd like to see a singleton Grimoire of the Dead in the list, possibly instead of Cellar Door or of the maindeck Surgical Extraction. It's just seems like too much fun in a Zombie deck. Seriously though, I'd remove a Ghoulraiser for an extra Swamp. I don't think that the deck is so low on the curve that you can afford to miss an early land drop, and with only 22 lands it's something that is likely to happen. Plus, you have only 18 creatures in your deck and are already running 2 Ghoulcaller's Chant. It's very likely that your Ghoulraisers will miss once in a while for lack of targets, and under that assumption, a 2/2 for 3cmc isn't all that impressive.

Have you thought about adding Adaptive Automaton as extra lords?

Well, played at the Innastrad Game day I missed the top 8 by 1 point the Zombies performed ok but I realized as I was going against a mill deck that it was a huge help so I decided to splash blue for 4x Forbidden Alchemy and I made a few other switches after brainstorming ideas with another player so here is the new version of the deck. tappedout.net/mtg-decks/brain-munchers/
