Awesome! I remember 2 years back when we had regular Pauper at our LGS, and GW Slivers were a really big player. I'm just curious about the singleton Virulent Sliver. Also, a really interesting inclusion is Travel Preparations.
About the zombie deck, i had watched Mike's videos, and i really like it. Is Evil Presence vs post decks? Cause that is so cool.

You are correct on that one ANZ the evil presence is for post, but I have to say it worked very well against mono red burn which is usually the deck's worst match up.
Also I was talking with Brandon after the tourney about that singleton and apparently he was just looking for another one drop body to get bigger and the ability to tag on poison would be useful against the post match up if glimmerpost bouncing got out of hand.

Well, i assume youre Peter. Congrats!
I like the deck a lot, but why you run only 3 Dark Rits and 3 Hymns? Also, are the Hymns legal on MTGO (I sadly have no account)?

Also, are the Hymns legal on MTGO (I sadly have no account)? No. They are printed as uncommon in modo. If pauper was sanctioned format outside of modo, Hymn would propably be banned...

You are correct again ANZ I am Peter and thank you. As to answer your question, My opinion on Dark Ritual is it's a great card in the first couple turns in the game but as the game goes on it tends to become more of a dead card lose it effectivness either because you simply don't have any other cards in hand that it would be beneficial or by that time your opponent will likely have a counter or some other answer for what you are likely to play. I still don't have the most definitive answer as to why I don't. I keep playing with the amount of hymns I run normally. They're an awesome card and I won't deny that but kinda like I said about Dark Rituals its all in the timing at which you draw them. Against control I'm always happy to draw either because its gonna fish a counter out of their hands or steal away some kind of draw or one of their few creatures but, against other agro deck much like goblins who is just going to empty their hand flooding the board, if its not in my opening hand its going to lose its potential effectiveness fairly quickly and I'd rather draw into a creature seeing as I'm going to probably be doing a lot more trading of creatures and trying to unearth and ghoulcaller's much more frequently.
again these are just my observations and opinions so far, the deck has quiet a ways to go yet in my opinion but it's slowly getting there. Again thank you ANZ question and critiques as they tend to get me into a brewing mind set which in turn leads to improvements to the deck.

I played against similar deck (slivers) in modo that splashed red for some sliver that boosts +2/+0. For me it felt that the deck is very dependent on opening hand and doesn't mulligan too well.

The advantage, but also simultaneously the problem that Sliver had, has, and presumably always will have is the fact that they share their abilities. If you manage to keep their numbers low in general or to remove/ deny the crucial ones (most of the times Muscle Sliver/ Sinew Sliver), you're only facing tiny wannabe-snake-aliens-thingies. I'm not saying that one should dump Slivers and although they may win a couple of tournaments here and there, my guess would be that they'll never reach Tier1.

Unless they print some very cool new slivers or spells to protect them.

They already did. Crystalline Sliver gives them Shroud and Root Sliver makes them uncounterable. Even if WotC decided to (re-)print one of those or a Hexproof giving Sliver, I don't think that they would be on the Common slot. Obviously, there are spells to protect them (Shelter, Vines of Vastwood, Apostle's Blessing, etc) but apparently it's just not enough.

They could print Crystalline sliver as a common in some special set Seriously I don't think we will see awesome slivers on their way. But who knows...
