You are playing way to many non-instant/sorcery spells for Delver. I don't know how well the equipment has been working but I would just play the 4th Bonesplitter and cut the others. I'd also change the Temporal Isolations to more bounce or counters to fuel Delver. You could then cut down on the Plains as well. Nothing flying in the format has more than 2 power besides Errant Ephemeron so an Accorder's Shield might be nice. One Ancient Den can turn a Trinket Mage into an ultra Civic Wayfinder. Playing 3 Squadron Hawks seems criminal but maybe it's been working for you.
I don't think you take enough time to make sideboards. What matchups would you side in Ponders for? What would you take out for them? You're already threat light so you'd have to take out counters or better filter spells. Same goes for the 4th Brainstorm and Preordain. The sideboard is meant to shore up matchups or counter your opponent's sideboard. Cards like Ponder don't do enough to warrant inclusion. They also take away slots from cards like the 4th Standard Bearer. I understand wanting more removal in the board but isn't the 4th Isolation just better than Puncturing Light (I know I told you to take the Isolations out but this is just and example)? Think about what your deck has a hard time with instead of just sticking extra copies of cards that I bet you don't even side in that often.
Sorry if it seems like I'm busting your balls but I'm just tired of looking at all the subpar sideboards. Fixing your sideboard is almost as important if not more important than tuning your maindeck since you play more than half your games with it.

I dropped the deck Running dredge and testing a mono-blue deck without posts because I think it's been overused.

Yeah, that's what I do as well. It's good to have something as a backup plan in case I don't have enough time to make the new deck competitive or if the cards haven't arrived yet (which is unlikely for you MTGO players ^^).
