Man, it looks good but does not have enough fog effects. After playing my Mill deck many time I started to run 20 fog cards to make sure i don't get overrun by all of the creatures that my opponent builds up.

Memory Lapse doesn't seem like the best choice for a mill deck. Rhystic Study is way too slow. Feldon's Crane seems unnecessary. Erasure plus Rider is your combo so max them out. Splashing for Momentary Blink would be pretty sweet. Tolarian Winds gives the Rider effect plus the bonus of discarding flashback cards.
Your sideboard is just extra copies of maindeck cards. Are you ever going to side some out for others in certain matchups? If so, you probably need to tighten up your maindeck.

I am hi-jacking this thread I have been wondering if building a mill deck is possible in the format and I happened to run into this card: Memory Sluice from Shadowmoor. What do you guys think about that card in mill deck?
