Would anybody happen to have 20+ spare black bordered Forests that they'd be interested in giving away on MTGO?

You can probably get those from one of the free bots. MtGO Traders has one and there's a few other as well. Just search for 'Free'.

Freebots are the way to go! If you can't find from the freebots feel free to open trade with me whenever you see me online (message first, I might not be at the computer). My username is yugular.

Free bots can be difficult to get in to trade with because everyone else is trying to do it too.
Add me to the list of people you can hit up for some forests. Hell, you could probably get some basic lands from just about anyone you play against. ;D

I think I've got the Forest issue tackled. It's not that I don't have lands, it's just that I'm getting picky the more I play. When I first tried out MTGO, the core sets were still white bordered so most the basic lands I have are white bordered. As I keep building different Pauper decks these days, I discover that I really don't like that look, so I go looking for more black borders to soothe my aesthetic preference. Lol, I'll let you guys know if I wind up needing some more the next time a new deck strikes my fancy.

Yeah, I can relate. I got annoyed with using random lands, so at one point I just got a bunch from a set I liked and got rid of the rest.

Only ever use John Avon art Full art lands from Zendikar. Yeah I'm that picky. I will even do it in drafts if I feel like it.

I tend to grab what I can from bots to soak up credits, rather than leave alot of credit on a bot. Still need 10+ of some of them.

Although, I'm seeing some people using the older lands, like from Onslaught, with the brown borders. That looks nice, too.

I'm personally just a huge fan of full art on lands. It just makes sense to me especially after they stopped printing the reminder text on them. It is such a basic law of magic that basic lands tap for their color mana I don't see why they can't print them regularly, rather than in special cases such as the UnX sets and Zendikar.
