I'm a few episodes behind on the show and they were talking about the Midnight Guard/Presence of Gond infinite combo. I liked it, and thought I'd write a prelim list.
4 Selfless Cathar 4 Loyal Cathar 4 Midnight Guard 4 Doomed Traveler 4 Benevolent Bodyguard 2 Suture Priest 4 Llanowar Elves/Avacyn Pilgrim
4 Ranger's Guile 4 Echoing Courage 4 Presence of Gond
12 Plains 9 Forest 1 Selesnya Sanctuary
So the "nut draw" would go... 1: Forest, Llanowar 2: Plains, Midnight Guard (Draw Benevolent Bodyguard) 3: Plains, Benevolent Bodyguard, Presence of Gond (Draw Echoing Courage) Make tokens on opp. End step. 4: Attack for infinite (If they try a Echoing Decay/Quicksand, use Courage to save)
For protection, I use Benevolent Bodyguard or Ranger's Guile to protect Midnight Guard. Unfortunately if they have some type of enchantment removal, I can't see many things saving this except Mana Tithe, Apostle's Blessing or Razor Barrier in the SB. I'm pretty sure there are other hosers, but the blue Echoing is the only one that I can see being a complete bomb against this.
Finally my SB looks as such: 4 One of above cards (protects combo) 4 Journey to Nowhere/Unmake 3 Dust to Dust (For Affinity/Metalcraft/Storm) 4 Hornet Sting (For Delver)
Lastly, I'm not 100% on the Suture Priest, but not really sure what could fill her place. Maybe bring two Stings in from the SB, and then change the SB a bit?

I'm not sure why you went with so many Innistrad cards. They aren't particularly good and only Selfless Cathar interacts with your combo.
Suture Priest is actually pretty good against a good portion of the metagame and is another way to win without attacking with your combo assembled. Hornet Sting is for monogreen decks with no other options. You are playing white and there are plenty of more flexible cards to replace it. Sunlance would be better if you're really worried about a turn one Delver.
Echoing Decay and Echoing Truth can be circumvented by the protection cards so you're really only playing Echoing Courage for Sandstorm and other sweepers. With the exception of Crypt Rats, the sweepers are just going to delay your win a turn so I'd rather have more protection for the Midnight Guard itself. Standard Bearer, Apostle's Blessing, or Faith's Shield would work out pretty well.
If you find that the deck isn't working out I think there are two ways to go about building a deck like this. Either make the combo the centerpiece or shove the pieces into a solid deck that can work without it. For the first direction, Id try to build an aura deck with stuff like Auramancers, Pacifism variants, Armadillo Cloak, and Totem-Guide Hartebeest to tutor for whatever you need. For the second type of deck, I'd fit the combo into a soldier shell with all the lords. Ballyrush Banneret, Veteran Swordsmith, Veteran Armorsmith, and Veteran Armorer would buff up Midnight Guard and each other so you wouldn't need to rely on Presence of Gond.

You're list seems good but it doesn't really seem to do anything/ and the cards dont seem to work together. Here's my list; it's very fast and suture priest is great. Squadron hawks work really great with both Suture and Echoing Courage. Putting an armadillo cloak on a hawk is great, but Rancor might be better.
Gond With the Wind
4x Apostle's Blessing 4x Armadillo Cloak 2x Avacyn's pilgrim 4x Echoing Courage 4x Elvish Visionary 2x Explore 2x Llanowar Elves 4x Midnight Guard 4x Presence of Gond 4x Squadron Hawk 4x Suture Priest
