Ruthless Invasion to Pyretic Ritual
I felt that This card just really isn't utilized all that much regardless of the fact that the cube is heavy in non-artifact creatures. Most games end up going for 20-30 turns or even longer so getting in for 2-5 damage in one turn really isn't helping get you there faster anyway.
Pyretic Ritual on the other hand can really get your aggro creatures or spells out there faster so you can hit faster and put your opponent on the defensive quicker. I this cube a quick 3 mana can get you a lot of nice plays.

Act of Treason to Seething Song
Act of Treason seems good on paper but in my cube there are so few big creatures that it really isn't worth wasting 3 mana on taking 1 your opponents creatures for one turn unless you are utilizing a sack outlet which are few in far between in this cube.
Seething Song.....what more can be said about this card other than the fact that its a crazy awsome card that can pull some amazing plays out of thin air when your opponents aren't ready for it.

I also wish to issue a challenge to all our listeners. I am thinking of adding an 11th and 12th player to my cube. Which basically involves adding 90 more cards to the cube. I am curious what kind of crazy cards you all would add to this cube to make even more fun. please just send me a PM with your lists. I will talk to the guys and maybe we can drum up some sort of reward for the winner. Obviously it would be judged by Mikey, Chris, and myself.

I don't like the rituals for two reasons. When you play them on the optimal turn you are limited to red mana. Red has three power creatures with drawbacks at three and four power creatures at five which isn't exactly backbreaking for going down a card. Second, they are extremely terrible late game. You can't even manaburn yourself out of your misery for topdecking such a useless card. Unless you plan on doing some sort of storm subtheme, which probably doesn't have enough support in pauper, I would take the rituals out.

Thanks for the input I will make a note of that, I have a few friends that like to play X Damage strategies in my group so I mainly added them for that reason but I have a few aggro red creatures I would like to use.

Unholy Strength to Sinister Strength
Unholy strength is a great card but for just one extra mana you can get +3/+1 and turn it black which saves it from removal spells such as Doom Blade, Snuff Out, and Vendetta.

Pestilence to Weakness
Pestilence a slow card even for Pauper Cube it's much easier to just make your opponent's big fattie just smaller or to kill off a really annoying Tim (Pinger)

Wretched Anurid to Death's-Head Buzzard
Wretched Anurid is a great card but for 2 Black and 1 Colorless you get a flyer that can potentially wipe the board when it hits the graveyard and in pauper cube board wipers are far and few between.

Death's-Head Buzzard seems like a solid addition. For a similar effect I would recommend Wail of the Nim. As an Instant, it can be surprisingly effective. A few suggestions, Commons from my own Cube: Devout Witness. I love spellshapers and this one is both a Gray Ogre and reusable Artifact/Enchantment removal. Withdraw. One of the few good card from Prophecy. Properly timed, it's always a cheap two for one. And who's to say you need to target your opponent's creatures? Very versatile. Expunge. A Terror with Cycling. Because sometime, a removal spell is not what you need. Aftershock. Slow and unwieldy, the swiss-army knife of removal. Quirion Elves. Pauper's Birds of Paradise. Squee's Toy. It's a toy that goes ' squee' and which belongs to Squee. Squee's Toy. Get it? Okay, maybe not that last one.

Missing 22 cards still. Making this list is making me want to build a cube too... I've never cube drafted IRL.
