Have you been able to test this deck Nate? You have some interesting cards in there.
I like Sygg, it's nice tech. It could work well with Creeping Tar Pit. I'm not sure about Chandra's Spitfire. It's fragile and with only 7 cards to do non-combat damage (not counting the Countersqualls), it's unlikely to be live very often. The new Latch Seeker maybe? The double UU may be problematic, but not impossible to achieve with a slightly different manabase.
I'm also not too keen on running a full set of Runechanter's Pike, especially with only 10 creatures in the deck.
Have you considered Snapcaster Mage? It's pretty much a staple in Modern Delver decks, though not the most budget friendly card.
