Listen up, Soldier! It’s my duty to take mewling children like you away from your mama’s hip and hone you into a lean, mean killing machine. You want to know how to take your game from beginner to the next step? You want some theories on why you should run less than 4-of’s in certain builds? I will unscrew your head and drop knowledge down your neck! Seven, six, two millimeter. Full metal jacket. This is Pauper to the People. Link: www.mtgcast.com/?p=24458

couple things on this weeks show 1)have to agree with mikey on burn; idea is to kill opp. as quickly as possible no time to worry about what they put out 2)mikey interupted nate and chris 20 times (may be personal record mike 3) chris great quick shot on mikey with make-believe friends joke 4)yes mike devils are in playoffs glad to have you on the bandwagon 5)good thing nate is so mild mannered really liked the next level convo; going through those growing pains now jfcjr

Honestly... To your number 2 listing, I'm not sure whether I should be upset or take that as a compliment. Though to be honest, its hard for us not to interrupt each other cause we're not in the same room.
My apologize for that.

Being that when we record the show we are not all together in the same room I don't take it personally when it does happen!

To add to the topic of how many copies of a card to run in a deck, my personal process goes like this, in descending order or priorities:
1. What do I want my deck to achieve? 2. How soon in game do I want to see a specific card (opening hand, early game, mid-game, late game)? 3. How often do I want to see a specific card (every game, every other game, once in a while)? 4. What kind of options do I want to have access to and what are the means at my disposal that I can use to see/use these options?
I usually have a pretty good idea of how many copies I'm going to run by the time I hit question 4. Obviously, the whole process is somewhat customized to my own deckbuilding habits, but... it's been working fine for me.

Mikey. Just breaking your stones a little bit , actually I'm sure it's almost impossible to know when to chime in on Skype with the delay. Also your super passionate about the game so I'm sure it's hard to keep it inside sometimes. Btw building Nate's cube here in NJ. I know your allergic to crossing the Hudson but once the next bunch of cards are added maybe you can come down to "THE JERSEY SHORE"

Me? Passionate about magic? No..... Just no... LOL
Also if I may ask, where do you live NJ, specifically?
