I've written a new article on Pauper's Cage Blog to help people find information about pauper on the web.
I recommend checking it out in the blog directly since it has links to all the sites it mentions but here it is for your reading pleasure:
Its quite clear from the amount of coverage that I'm seeing in websites that the Pauper format is becoming more popular and I'd like to point out to our listeners hungry for more information where to find interesting things.
First of all there is PDCMagic.com which is, as far as I know, the only sit fully dedicated to the Pauper format. It has a forum, events and articles (though those haven't been updated recently). It doesn't just focus on classic pauper, it looks at many, many variants, including standard pauper and peasant. I highly recommend the classic pauper forum found in this site as it includes a sticky thread that has links to posts that discuss specific decks.
If you are looking for a busy forum, the most populated one is probably MTG Salvation's Pauper forum. You can find many people constantly posting and replying to threads, as well as some interesting ideas and deck strategies. Wizard has a forum where some people sometimes post decks and strategies but unfortunately its mostly dead. And of course there is the excellent Pauper to the People forum, which has a fun and growing community and to which you should join right now.
Speaking about Pauper to the People, I believe they and Pauper's Cage are the only pauper specific podcasts currently being recorded. PttP regularly comes out every week, and we hope to be able to record an episode of Pauper's Cage every 2 or 3 weeks.
As far as articles are concerned, you can find quite a few sites with very good articles on pauper. I recommend checking out Alex Ullman's articles on SCG, and Michael Radzwilla's articles on MTGO Academy. You can also check out Channel Fireball as they have plenty of good articles and videos by various members of their team. Another good source knowledge is Pure MTGO which also has plenty of Pauper articles
Another great way to learn about playing pauper is to take a look at play videos. Channel Fireball has a few videos in their site but you can also find plenty of independent youtube users that have a series of videos, including our very own DimeCollectoR. Mikey K, from PttP also has an extensive video library showing many of the matchups in the current metagame. Other users I have found are mtgopauper, NextLevelCoaching and GoodGameGarrison
Finally, if you are looking for organized events on MTGO, you can find them in Wizards Player Run Events forum and also at the PDCMagic Events section.
