The best cards are Sylvok lifestaf, Blind Zeolot and the Expanse. I guess I´ll go with lifestaff

I like both multi-colored cards. The Oracle is always nice and Razorfin Hunter is much stronger than what most people would believe. A 2cmc pinger can really wreak havoc on an opponent's board in the early game.
That being said, I don't like to go multi on a first pick, so I would probably settle for Sylvok Lifestaff too. That gone, I'd probably second pick the Signet or the Bauble and keep my options open.

Mnemonic Wall.
Although the cube does not contain temporal fissure and lacks cloud of faeries, it does contain ghostly flicker, and a way to tutor for it (mystical teachings).
Ghostly flicker and Mnemonic wall combo with quite a few other cards in the cube. With archaeomancer or izzet chronarch you can infinitely replay spells. With man-o-war/aethersnipe/mist raven you can infinitely bounce. And with sea-gate, mulldrifter, Thalakos Seer, Gryff Vanguard, etc. you can combo to draw cards. It also combos with serrated arrows. There's obviously lots of other ETB effects to abuse in other colors if you're splashing into other colors; although the list is missing chittering rats, so you'll have to resort to a specter/rats soft-lock for draw spells.
Even if you miss the ghostly flicker and teachings combination in the draft, the wall can still create value out of returning cards like rolling thunder, pyrotechnics, exclude and staggershock. You can always capsize it EOT as well. Personally, I find creating CA to be the most difficult of crafting a good control list in pauper (especially if it lacks black for grim harvest/disturbed burial), as the format typically offers lots of removal and few bombs.
Basically, I find it to be a playable to good card on its own, with the potential to form format-breaking combos where all the pieces are good on their own, in case you fail to draft flicker/teachings or if you fail to find them during a game. The downside is that you're sending a bad signal with a see beyond and a piracy charm still in the pack - both very playable blue cards. But assuming this is the 3rd pick, the signals look good. You're being passed 2 decent blue cards and you're only passing a mediocre one.
