What is your gameplan against Jund, Affinity and Tron? I would start by looking at those matchups and seeing how to improve those matchups. Have you played the deck yet?

Straight Green Aggro is usually not strong enough to compete in a format like Modern. Turn 1 mana dork, turn 2 3-drop is too fair a strategy. You need some level of inevitability to perform and your deck does not provide that. Jund will remove all your threats, Affinity will be too fast and Tron will overwhelm you with game-ending haymakers.
If you want to go mono-green (or nearly mono-green) I would suggest Elves!. It's not the most powerful deck, but it does provide inevitability and benefit from the surprise factor of being a very small part of the meta.
Otherwise, I'd try to look at adding other colors and focusing on Hexproof/Shroud to make your board more resilient. Blue comes to mind, as well as White and Black for support.
