Monk I gotta say I really like your changes. I am still on the ancient grudge because I feel it is the only deck which I tend to have trouble with that I play consistently. However, my tweaks have made me worse v. delver for sure, so im thinking about adding the widows over the decrees. If you're looking to find a spot for the treefolk I'd say take out 3 reap and sow and add 1 ghostly flicker a treefolk and one other card to the sideboard. In general, I don't like reap and sow. After having played people in the mirror who run it, I can honestly say I've enjoyed when they cast Reap and Sow against me since I almost always try to keep a crop rotation in hand already for fissure protection. A crop rotation is even better against the reap and sow, since you counter both parts of the effect. Then I just untap and fissure them. Plus Reap and Sow is a card that is great on the play and not too exciting on the draw, but this matchup already favors heavily the person who is on the play. So its kind of like a win more when it works. If you want something for the mirror, another flicker or two would be just as good if you play defensively, but you could slot in another treefolk there. I'm not sure if there is another matchup you like the reap and sow, then keep it, just my personal opinion.

Thanks David,
I was bringing in Reap vs burn strangely enough to grab all your glimmerposts quicker. It is also useful vs other fissure variants and UB control with karoo lands.
I may try without it for a bit and test vs post and the mirror. I already run 4 fissure in the main so have a bit of an edge that way.
I like having access to 2 flicker and 2 treefolk vs any land destruction strategies. For the last slot it I may go back to Deep Analysis as that was always pretty good for me
The best part about this deck for me is that it has a solid game plan but more importantly it has all the tools available to sideboard against any meta.
One thing I have seen people run but never really tested was Ulamog's Crusher. Did you ever test it?
I think this is the best 11 cards for the sb in the current meta
2 Fangren Marauder (1 MD) 2 Moment's Peace (2 MD) 2 Fade Away 3 Blightwidow 2 Tilling Treefolk
I just want some more cards for burn and other hyper aggressive decks, so I am going with
3 Respite
And the last slot on your recommendation I will test
1 Ghostly Flicker
Thoughts?

I did test crusher and he's a good man. Preban I ran him main deck. He's good but I've found the matchups I want him have decreased. I liked him against storm (obviously gone), infect (effectively gone), cloudpost (good enough matchup anyway), other fissure decks (still deserves consideration here), and Delver (if it resolves). In all aggro matchups I'd rather have maurader, and in the matchups where I really wanted him I had to turn 4 him for him to be really effective. That said he can mise some wins against faster combo decks and warrants a look if you are having problems in that area. Regarding your 11 cards I agree they are really important. How do you feel against affinity? I feel like i need the grudges but maybe i just need to adjust my play style for that matchup...
Also let me know how that flicker goes, I am rather curious about it, but its something I've felt I've wanted more of lately.

I would advise testing respite against affinity, from your list try cutting 4 grudge and 2 decree for 2 respite, 1 marauder and 3 Blightwidow.
Having the 3rd Fangren has been crushing vs affinity and Respite has been very solid too. You can often gain 5 - 7 life which helps put you out of burn/ disciple range.
I didn't have chance to play flicker in the daily as I didn't save my deck before entering. I am glad I didn't too as round 2 and 3 were against Familiar Storm and mono U Fissure. The 3 reap and sow definitely help here.
I did play a few games vs the mirror and UR Post afer though. The extra Flicker was not that great. It was very hard to leave up 3 mana every turn and still progress my board quick enough in the mirror.
The main benefit was vs UR post dodging stone rain and even if they hit my land flickering my treefolk was great. To be honest though I don't think it is needed and as UR post is not played very much I can probably get away with 1 treefolk.

So I have been working on this deck again and to be honest Shaffa's list is very tight and there is only 4 or 5 main deck slots to play with. In my mind this is the core of the deck that you can't really touch.
4 Cloudpost 4 Glimmerpost 4 Forest 5 Island 2 Remote Isle 1 Shmimering Grotto 2 Slippery Karst
1 Mnemonic Wall 4 Mulldrifter
3 Chromatic Sphere 4 Chromatic Star 4 Compulsive Research 4 Crop Rotation 4 Expedition Map 1 Ghostly Flicker 2 Kaervek's Torch 4 Prophetic Prism 3 Temporal Fissure
Then these are all the cards I want somewhere in my 75
2 Hydroblast 2 Fade Away 4 Moment's Peace 2 Fangren Marauder 2 Blightwidow 2 Respite 2 Tilling Treefolk 3 Reap and Sow
This is my 75 cards that I am happy with. The 4 cards that find their way in to the main deck can vary depending on the meta.
My current list is:
4 Cloudpost 4 Glimmerpost 4 Forest 5 Island 2 Remote Isle 1 Shmimering Grotto 2 Slippery Karst
1 Fangren Marauder 1 Mnemonic Wall 4 Mulldrifter
3 Chromatic Sphere 4 Chromatic Star 4 Compulsive Research 4 Crop Rotation 4 Expedition Map 2 Moment's Peace 1 Reap and Sow 1 Ghostly Flicker 2 Kaervek's Torch 4 Prophetic Prism 3 Temporal Fissure
SB
2 Hydroblast 2 Fade Away 2 Moment's Peace 1 Fangren Marauder 2 Blightwidow 2 Respite 2 Tilling Treefolk 2 Reap and Sow
The best part about this deck is the flexibility. You have answers to every other deck whilst having a solid game plan yourself. Any questions let me know.

@monk: could you list how you sideboard against some of the more popular decks please?
I've always sucked at sideboarding.

Will do tomorrow when I'm back, but mostly it's take some number of fissure and reap out vs aggro and peace/ fangren vs control, with sphere coming it almost all the time.

I understand all that:) But the problem is I feel like my gameplan games 2 and 3 aren't solid.
