I know we have already discussed this deck in other threads, but here is a thread for the deck specifically. Yeah, Gatecrash did some interesting thing to this deck though I'm not a big fan of this exact list. Soul Sisters decks are either aggressive or reactive. The former is built upon cards like Ajani's Pridemate and Serra Ascendant to take advantage of the lifegain and usually runs other cheap beaters like Figure of Destiny or Student of Warfare. The latter is more reactive and controlish, with Ghostly Prisons and Wrath-effects.
This list is... I don't know... It seems unfocused. The Zealous Persecutions seems out of place in a deck with so few token producers. Similarly, why Windbrisk Heights? Martyrs and Guildmages are not exactly the best cards to trigger it. Seems unproductive. And the exclusion of Ghostly Prisons is risky with the deck having so little punch.
Building this, I would probably drop the manabase to 23, removing the Arid Mesas, some or all the Windbrisk Heights, adding another Godless Shrine and trying to fit a couple of Fetid Heaths. I'd also remove a Charm, a Wrath and both Persecutions, and add 3 Ghostly Prisons and one copy of each of Weathered Wayfarer and Mikaeus the Lunarch. The Prisons slow the game down enough to allow you to benefit from all the lifegain. With fewer Jund decks around, there is less chance of them being destroyed by Maelstrom Pulses, at least pre-board when other decks can bring hate. The Wayfarer can easily be tutored by Ranger of Eos and can itself be used to tutor Mistveil Plains, Vault of the Archangel or any other silver bullet land. And Mikaeus is an anthem effect on a stick for the late game when you start recurring Lingering Souls and other small guys.

Yeah. I prefer the more aggressive decklists.
