Hi All
I know that the inherent strength of Delver is that it is resilient and has game against everything.
BUT
If you had no colour or cost restirctions are there any cards that hands down beat delver if resolved?

Scattershot Archer wrecks Faeries pretty hard. Sparksmith on board is very hard for them to deal with, especially backed up by Pyroblast/Mogg Raider protection. Active Death Spark does a number on them too.

Electrickery can deal with it before it flips, while also being good against Spellstutter Sprite and Cloud of faeries.

Hi All I know that the inherent strength of Delver is that it is resilient and has game against everything. BUT If you had no colour or cost restirctions are there any cards that hands down beat delver if resolved? A resolved Serrated Arrows absolutely wrecks the deck. You'll typically get a 3:1 out of the deal (bear, cloud, spellstutter, delver unflipped = 16 targets for it). It's hard to daze (it will be spent) and spellstutter (CMC), so it only folds to a hard CS (or deprive or something if they are running it). Any pinger (thornwind, scattershot, witches, sparksmith) is great against the deck, although I guess that leaves white out (unless you count things like javelin). Viridian longbow is colorless, however, and is great against the deck. So arrows #1. Longbow #2. Both cards that (nearly) any deck can run.

Any creature removal and card draw (many Delver players try to play control with no real card draw capability but Ninja of the Deep Hours) wrecks Delver. But most of them have become wiser and are now using Oona's Grace and Gush.
Everything said about Serrated and pingers such as Longbow and Scattershot is also true.
