For those who haven't seen it. 1UR Creature - Cyclops Defender
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Nivix Cyclops gets +3/+0 until end of turn and can attack this turn as though it didn't have defender.
Illus. Wayne Reynolds #87/166 1/4
This card will have an immediate impact on Pauper in the UR Fiend decks. Either as a replacement for or as an an addition to Fiend/Dragonaut. The 1/4 body is significant, allowing it to block most creatures and is immune to most burn.
Looking forward to testing this card quite a bit, actually looking forward to playing several spoiled cards.

Someone who has played the deck more, do you think you just add 4 or are you splitting 2/2 or 3/1 between cyclops and dragonaughts?

I'm thinking I will 1st try out switching out the Wee Dragonaughts fir it. The +3 bonus is better than what the Dragonaughts receive and is why the Kiln Fiend is the better card in the deck. The Dragons have built-in evasion in the form of flying but this should be easy to get around, either by killing off blockers or making your attacker unblockable.

I agree that making the 100% swap seems like the way to start in that deck. And this card is really getting me excited for what the entire set brings to the table.

Holy cow! This looks awesome. Pretty excited for what this might mean for the commons in this set.

I think all Vultron decks (Infect, Hexproof, DelverFiend) need at least 16 creatures (Yes, 16, maybe 1-2 fewer for DelverFiend as it draws so many cards). I think switching out Dragonauts would be a serious mistake and that going to at least 15 creatures will make DelverFiend much more consistent. I even wrote a piece about the card here: mtgostrat.com/2013/04/delverfiend-just-became-a-lot-better/Some interesting discussion in the comments too
