This deck really puts the burden of proof on the opponent for them to show whether their deck is good. It applies very consistent early pressure and works extremely well for a budget list (~20tix).
4 Auntie's Hovel
12 Mountain
4 Sulfurous Springs
2 Boggart Ram-Gang
4 Foundry Street Denizen
4 Goblin Bushwhacker
4 Goblin Chieftain
4 Goblin Guide
4 Goblin Jester
4 Legion Loyalist
4 Mogg War Marshall
2 Spikeshot Elder
4 Goblin Grenade
4 Lightning Bolt
SB:
3 Electrickery
4 Rain of Gore
4 Searing Blaze
4 Tormod's Crypt/Relic of Progenitus (which?)
So far, I have won every match I've played except Soul Sisters (I'm 9-2 in the TPR). I went 2-1 against Splinter Twin, 2-0 against Dimir Mill, 2-1 against Ad Nauseam, 0-2 against Selesnya goodstuff (Voice of Resurgence, Loxodon Smiter, Noble Hierarch), 2-1 against Aristocrats (he blew me out game 2 with a Chord of Calling into somebody with an ETB Zealous Persecution effect), 2-1 and 1-2 against Soul Sisters (game 1 is an auto loss, games 2 and 3 depend on Rain of Gore), and 2-0/2-1 against various unidentified lists (something ramp and something blue).
Sometimes I'm hurting for 1-drops. 4 Goblin Grenade doesn't feel right until the games come along that I only need to swing once because of Modern mana-bases and then target the opponent with 2 of them. I've considered dropping Lightning Bolts, even, for 4 Goblin Cohort or something similar. Having 6 3-drops doesn't feel good either, sometimes, but Boggart Ram-Gang is just rather powerful.
I haven't played against any iteration of Tron, but I think the only thing I'm worried about there is if they land the Wurmcoil. Rain of Gore is for that purpose and Soul Sisters.
Mizzium Mortars would be better than Electrickery, I think.
The final consideration is whether something like Fanatic of Mogis, Purphoros, or Hellrider would be worth it as finishers. Each would likely win the game on the turn they resolve, but then, so do Chieftain and Bushwhacker in a lot of cases.
