Looking forward to Innistrad release. Even though its against official "PTTP PROTOCOL", I may buy a booster box.

The art alone may push me over into buying a box........

Like you and Matt said in one of the podcasts; as a new guy buying a booster box is the best way to get into magic quickly; then you realize that if you want certain cards to build a deck the best way to buy is to buy singles at a store or online ( but its still fun every once and a while to crack some packs as they say

Between how awesome Innistrad is looking and the new planeswalker points I may start going to FNM. I am optimistic about this set. Especially since the man, the myth, the legend Mr. Richard Garfield!!! was on the design team.

I cannot wait for Innistrad! I have always been stoked for new sets, but not as much as I am for this one. I too am trying to get to more FNMs. Im going as far as requesting to be off by 5:00pm every Friday, just so I can make it down there by 5:30 start time.

I just looked and finally we are starting to see some good looking commons come through the Innistrad spoilers. Finally some common DFC. Will any of them see Pauper play? Only time will tell.

Nothing really exciting spoiled for Pauper. That Thraben card comes in as a 2/2 on turn 4 with vigilance. What is it getting by if it attacks on turn 5? The card that dies to transform the Trampling militia is going to be the Sentry. Basically a lot of words and pictures for not much.
I'm not down on the set. I think there will be some sweet common cards, but so far not much that just makes me smile.

I never said those two cards were good or that they would make it in pauper, just simply showing a couple of the only common DFC. I think we will get some great commons in this set, however, Im not impressed with any of the DFC, not only the commons.

Here are a couple more spoiled commons worth playing in limited at least. 3 damage for 1 which could be 6 damage (with flashback) seems like good value to me. Heck...a playset could end the game . The art is a good example of the 1st person horror artistic approach mentioned on the cast. Now this seems solid. I was wondering what kind of removal red was going to get. This is a start and not bad for common. It's no lightning bolt, but it's removal.

Okay, I love "Bump in the Night's" flavor text.
And "Spidery Grasp" is gonna suck if it finds a home in the Infect.dec

Here's a card I have not seen spoiled anywhere. It is being spoiled along with 4 others (one of each color) on MTGs Facebook page over the next few days. www.facebook.com/MagicTheGathering?sk=app_230990200246470A green Gravedigger is nice, but how much will the randomness hurt this one.

Okay, I love "Bump in the Night's" flavor text. And "Spidery Grasp" is gonna suck if it finds a home in the Infect.dec 3 mana is a lot for infect deck. Or atleast for the infect deck I play and I could only see a slight chance of it gettin into sideboard against Blastoderm decks or so... A green Gravedigger is nice, but how much will the randomness hurt this one. It is still CA.
