I won't propably play it, although I am cube fanatic. 4322 is a queue I don't support and it is even worse because you don't get any cards. Very expensive For me to play it it should have these options: 1. Play with your friends. Get 8 people together and everyone pays 1-2tix to play. Draft and play. No prices. 2. Swiss queue.

No, I won't. 4-3-2-2 isn't good EV, not keeping the cards is worse, and spending tickets is the third strike.

Ill do maybe 1... paying tickets for cards I can't keep and its a 4-3-2-2??? Plus its probably gonna give you m12 packs (Even if they give you INN, it isn't much better), wow that's a rip off.

Dear God of Complaining, I want to complain about people who use "your" instead of "you're". Also, when they use the word "for" when they mean "of". That is all. Amen.

It looks like they changed the pricestructure. You can choose between 84, 4322 and Swiss. Hopefully what I heard is true. I might play it if it was Swiss.
And it costs 7tix. This information is from the latest Limited Resources podcast btw.

Its about the same value as normal drafts. Being really generous, a an open booster is worth, on average, about 2tx. Purchasing them from bots, you can get INS for 4tx and DKA for 3tx so a draft costs you 4+4+3+2=13tx. Deduct what you get after selling the contents: 13-6=7tx, so it's about even. If you really want cards, you can then go and use those 6tx you have left over to buy them and you can choose the ones you want too!
For me it seems a better deal than normal drafting since I have a much less than 2tx EV on boosters ( I have a bit of bad luck there) and this price actually makes Swiss drafting actually profitable if you win, even with M12 boosters.
I think the real problem will be that it will be quickly "solved", as Laux said. As long as they can rotate it, that shouldn't be an issue.

Just by looking the list I can see few archetypes that aren't supported. And I will say that I am really surprised if aggrodeck is able to win, the landbase is really tough and it looks like the cubelist is heavily skewed towards efficient "safe" midrange decks that walk over aggrodecks who lack the consistent manabase.

Its also comparable to constructed events. The 8-man queues cost 6tx and have the 5-3-2-2 price structure which drafters so passionately desire, but the advantage here is that you get to play for prizes without having purchased anything else, unlike constructed. BTW, I wish we had 8 man queues for pauper. We need to start signing petitions or something.

Did I do that in my post and didn't notice? If not... Well, what would you like me to do? On topic: If its only 7 tix and they have 8-4's, then I will rethink my decision and I will probably do some more.

I've never actually drafted a cube so I'm not sure how to analyse it just from the card list. I'd really like to play in it but as I'll only get one shot I'd like to be prepared. If any of you can find links to written articles that suggest how to prepare for that cube, please link them!
